Malaysia Visa Process: Required Document List

✳️ Required Documents for Visa Processing ✳️

You just need to scan all the following documents and send them in PDF format —
✅ No hard copies are required, and
✅ No need to submit your original passport.

🔹 Basic Documents:

• Passport Information Page of all applicants.
• Passport validity: Minimum 7 months, with at least 2 blank pages.
• Recent color passport-size photo on a white background.
  • The photo must clearly show both ears and the forehead,
  • No glasses, cap, or shadow on the face.
• Bank Solvency Certificate (issued within the last 7 days before submission).
• Bank Statement for the past 7 months showing regular transactions.
  • Minimum closing balance:
    • ৳70,000 per person, or
    • ৳1,40,000 per couple.
• Visa pages of previously visited countries (with both entry and exit stamps).
• NID Copy / Birth Certificate (for children).
• Scan of 4th & 5th passport pages (for applicants with no prior travel history).

🔹 Profession-Based Documents:

For Job Holders:

• Office ID card (scan copy)
• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Visiting card
• Salary Certificate or last 3 months’ Pay Slips

For Businesspersons:

• Updated Trade License
• TIN Certificate
• Income Tax Return (last 3 years)
• Company Letterhead
• Visiting Card
• Partnership Deed / Memorandum Copy (if applicable)

For Students:

• Student ID card
• Recommendation Letter / NOC from Institution

For Doctors:

• BMDC Registration Certificate or Letter from Hospital

For Lawyers:

• Bar Council Certificate

For Retired Officials:

• Retirement Certificate

For Government Employees:

• Government Order (G.O.) Copy

🔹 Additional Documents:

• Marriage Certificate (Nikah Nama) — required if married but not mentioned in either passport.

📝 All documents written in Bengali must be translated into English and notarized before submission.
