Singapore Visa Process: Required Document List

✈️ Visa Application Required Documents (Updated Guidelines)

1. Passport:

• Must have at least 7 months’ validity from the date of travel.
• A minimum of 2 blank pages is required for visa stamping.

2. Photograph:

• Two (2) recent color photos (size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background.
• The face must be clearly visible — no glasses, caps, or headwear.
• Ears and forehead must be fully shown in the photo.

3. Financial Documents:

• Bank Solvency Certificate (sealed and signed) — issued within 7 days of submission.
• Bank Statement for the last 7 months, showing consistent monthly transactions.
  • Minimum balance:
    • Individual: BDT 2,00,000
    • Couple: BDT 4,00,000

4. Identification Documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Birth Certificate (for children).

5. Professional Information (as applicable):

For Job Holders:

• Office ID Card copy
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
• Two visiting cards
• Salary slips or certificate for the last 4 months
  • If the salary certificate is unavailable, relevant details must be mentioned in the NOC.

For Business Owners:

• Valid Trade License (updated)
• Two letterhead pads and two visiting cards
• Partnership Deed / Memorandum of Association (if applicable)

For Students:

• Student ID card copy
• Recommendation letter or NOC from educational institution

For Doctors:

• BMDC Registration Certificate or official letter from hospital

For Lawyers:

• Bar Council Certificate

For Retired Officials:

• Retirement Certificate

For Government Employees:

• Government Order (G.O.) approving leave or travel

6. Marital Documents:

• Nikah Nama / Marriage Certificate (if married but not mentioned in passport)
