💼 Basic Documents

• Passport Information Page – Clear scanned copy (JPG/JPEG format)
• Recent Color Photograph – Passport-sized photo (taken within the last 6 months), white background, visible forehead and ears, no glasses (JPG/JPEG format)
• Bank Statement (Last 4 Months) – With satisfactory transactions every month
  • Minimum balance: BDT 80,000 per person / BDT 160,000 per couple
  • Must remain in account until the visa is issued
  • (PDF format, sealed & signed original)
• Bank Solvency Certificate – Original copy, sealed & signed (PDF format)
• Visa Stamps/Photos of Previously Visited Countries – Include both arrival and departure pages
• Utility Bill Copy – Recent electricity/gas bill (issued within the last 6 months)
• Scan Copy of 4th & 5th Passport Pages – Required if no travel history

💼 Professional Information (Combine into 1 Single PDF)

For Job Holders:

• Office ID card copy
• NOC (No Objection Certificate)
• Visiting card
• Salary certificate or last 3 months’ payslips
• Job contract (for remote employees)

For Freelancers:

• Freelancer ID or platform verification proof

For Business Owners:

• Updated Trade License
• TIN Certificate
• Visiting card
• Partnership deed or memorandum copy (if applicable)

For Students:

• Student ID card
• Recommendation letter or NOC (optional)

For Doctors:

• BMDC certificate or official hospital letter

For Lawyers:

• Bar Council Certificate

For Retired Persons:

• Retirement Certificate

For Government Employees:

• Government Order (G.O.) copy

If Married:

• Nikah Nama (if not mentioned in the passports)
